Blackpool Council Dog Control and Dog Fouling PSPO (in force 10 Dec 2024, 3-year duration): dogs prohibited 1 May-30 September on the beach/steps/slades/footways from North Pier south to a point opposite the Solaris Centre (Mirror Ball). Outside this zone/season dogs permitted year-round. Leads required at all times on the promenade between North and South Piers. Guide/assistance dogs exempt. FPN GBP100.
