Under the Dogs Exclusion PSPO 2023 (in force 19 Oct 2023 to 19 Oct 2026), dogs excluded from Brighton & Hove beaches generally 1 May-30 September except at eight designated dog-friendly sections. Central Brighton has no dog-friendly exemption, so banned throughout summer; allowed 1 October-30 April.
