Dogs permitted on beach year-round. Note: Dogs on Leads order (effective 1 April 2024) covers the coastal walk between Ballintoy and White Park Bay to prevent livestock worrying on working farmland. This applies to the path, not the beach itself. Fixed penalty of 80 pounds for non-compliance on path.
