St Davids is Britain's smallest city in Pembrokeshire, Wales, built around a medieval cathedral and bishop's palace set in a hollow to hide them from Viking raiders. It lies within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with dramatic clifftop walks and boat trips to offshore islands.

St Davids Head Coastal Walk is a 5.5-mile section of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path rounding the dramatic headland with views to Ramsey Island and the Pembrokeshire islands. Dogs are welcome off-lead on the open cliff sections. The Iron Age promontory fort adds historical interest. Best suited to medium and large dogs comfortable on exposed terrain.
