About this walk
A steep but rewarding climb from Balquhidder churchyard, resting place of Rob Roy MacGregor, up a forest track and hillside to the Creag an Tuirc memorial cairn. The viewpoint looks out over Balquhidder Glen, Loch Voil and the surrounding Trossachs peaks, within Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.
