About this walk

A North Wales Wildlife Trust reserve of ash woodland on former limestone quarry ground overlooking the Menai Strait, just outside Bangor. The Wales Coast Path threads through the reserve on narrow, sometimes steep paths with steps, passing rare whitebeam trees and spring wildflowers, with views across to Anglesey.
