A remnant of Cornwall's ancient Atlantic rainforest managed by Cornwall Wildlife Trust, hanging above the River Bedalder on the flanks of Bodmin Moor. Rare lichens, mossy oaks and a real sense of wildness. Paths can be rough and slippery when wet.
