About this walk
A vast, internationally important shingle landscape, one of the largest in the world, with footpaths and boardwalks around the reserve. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times to protect nesting birds and fragile shingle vegetation. Walking is only permitted on established paths and roadways, not across the shingle itself. Two car parks serve the reserve; do not park on the shingle.
