About this walk

The largest block of ancient oak woodland in west Wales, managed by the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales. Narrow paths wind between mossy boulders and old coppice stools, and dormice, pied flycatchers and wood warblers all breed here. A quiet, atmospheric walk on the edge of the Preseli foothills.
