About this walk
A Natural Resources Wales-managed forest park in the Mawddach valley with a range of waymarked walking trails, from short, well-surfaced riverside loops suitable for all abilities up to the longer Gain Waterfall Trail, a mix of forest roads and steep, narrow paths with uneven ground and loose stones leading to a waterfall viewpoint. The park is also a popular mountain-bike destination, so trails can be shared with cyclists and forestry traffic.
