About this walk
Over 365 acres of common land wrapping around the market town of Torrington, with a lovely descent through beech woods to the Rolle Canal, the River Torridge and the Tarka Trail. The commons are one of the oldest surviving in Devon, protected by an Act of Parliament since 1889.
