High Elms Country Park covers 250 acres of ancient woodland, chalk grassland and meadow on the southern edge of Greater London, adjacent to Charles Darwin's home at Downe. The Green Wayfinder Route covers 8km through the core of the park. Dogs are welcome throughout and off lead in the woodland and meadow sections. The BEECHE Centre cafe is dog-friendly outside at weekends.
