A North Wales Wildlife Trust reserve of ancient sessile oak wildwood near Llanbedr, with veteran trees, mosses, lichens and ferns across steeply terraced ground. Paths are rough, steep and can be slippery, giving a genuinely wild, off-the-beaten-track feel in the remote Rhinogydd foothills.
