About this walk
An 8 acre informal woodland garden near Minstead, close to Lyndhurst, with thatched cottage, ponds and rare shrubs. Only assistance dogs are permitted April to October; pet dogs are welcome November to March, kept on a short, non-extendable lead throughout. Dogs are not allowed in the tea rooms. Parking is limited and fills quickly in school holidays, with no nearby overflow due to narrow lanes.
