About this walk
Rushcliffe Country Park, near Ruddington south of Nottingham, centres on a large lake rather than any coastline, with about two and a half miles of easy, flat paths to explore. Dogs must be kept on lead in the car park, around the lakeside and in the play areas, but can run free elsewhere in the park's open spaces. A free dog agility area adds extra interest, and poo bags are sold at the Ranger's Office.
