About this walk
An atmospheric Cornwall Wildlife Trust reserve on the site of a former 19th-century gunpowder works, where mossy stone ruins are being reclaimed by oak woodland. The River Kennall tumbles through the middle and a well-drained circular path makes it a lovely all-weather dog walk.
