About this walk
A community-managed Atlantic oakwood on the Cowal peninsula, reached from the Lub na Faochaige car park near Portavadie ferry terminal. The circular route drops through ancient oak woodland to the shore of Loch Fyne at Glenan Bay, with an optional extension to a deserted township. Marks the southern end of the Loch Lomond & Cowal Way.
