Sandwell Valley Country Park: Swan Pool Circular

Sandwell Valley Country Park is a 1,700-acre country park in the Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell, a remarkable area of open countryside sitting within the dense urban fabric of the Black Country. The 5.5km Swan Pool Circular from the Forge Mill Farm entrance circuits Swan Pool which has grass bank access for dog swimming, passes through the open parkland sections east of the pool and returns via the farm boundary. Dogs are off lead throughout the country park sections. The RSPB Sandwell Valley nature reserve adjacent requires dogs to be on lead. Forge Mill Farm has cattle and horses; close control near livestock is required.
