About this walk

One of the classic Trossachs peaks, Ben Venue rises above Loch Achray and Loch Katrine within Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, reached via forest tracks that give way to a steep, rocky hill path to the summit. For a gentler option without the big climb, Forestry and Land Scotland also waymarks the shorter Creag Noran trail on the lower slopes. Views from the top take in the Trossachs lochs and across to Ben Lomond.
