Holkham Estate managed (not a council PSPO). Apr-Aug: on-lead zones around ground-nesting tern, oystercatcher and ringed plover colonies, marked with roped cordons. Over 70% of the beach remains open to off-lead walking under close control. Dogs welcome year-round.
