Robin Hood's Bay

Robin Hood's Bay is the rare seaside village where the main beach welcomes dogs all year round. No seasonal ban, no zones: when the tide drops, the bay opens into a huge sweep of sand and rockpools that dogs are allowed on in August just as much as January. Stoupe Beck Sands and Saltwick Bay, either side along the coast, are year-round too, so only Whitby's central beach up the coast carries a summer restriction.
