A 47-hectare Woodland Trust wood on a prominent limestone hillside above Abergele in the Vale of Clwyd, mixing ancient woodland with mid-20th-century plantation. The site includes an Iron Age hillfort and old mine remains, with paths ranging from stoned tracks to steep, unsurfaced and potentially slippery limestone sections.
