Croham Hurst is a 35-hectare Site of Special Scientific Interest in South Croydon, one of the most ancient and botanically rich pieces of ground in Greater London. The 3.5km Heathland Circular loops the central hilltop and the surrounding woodland, climbing through bracken and heather to the open summit. Dogs are welcome off lead throughout.
