About this walk
Birling Gap is the National Trust's dramatic clifftop entry point to the Seven Sisters, with beach steps, coastguard cottages and rolling chalk headlands stretching towards Cuckmere Haven. Dogs are welcome on a lead across the site, including the beach, shop and cafe, and owners are asked to stay at least 5 metres from the crumbling, unstable cliff edges. Pay and display parking is available on site.
