Dams to Darnley Country Park spans over 1,350 acres of reservoirs, wetland, woodland and grassland straddling the Glasgow and East Renfrewshire boundary near Barrhead. Wide, mostly flat paths circle the reservoirs, giving dogs plenty of room to explore and open water views throughout. Under Scotland's access rights, dogs can go off lead on most paths, though owners should keep them close near wildfowl, livestock and during the spring nesting season. A free car park serves the main entrance.
