About this walk

A small limestone ridge on the edge of Llysfaen between Colwyn Bay and Abergele, designated both a Local Nature Reserve and a Site of Special Scientific Interest for its wildflower-rich grassland - hoary rockrose, spring cinquefoil and upright brome, plus silver-studded blue butterflies in season. The ridge top gives extensive views along the coast and inland over the countryside, best visited May-June for the flora.
