Millwall Park on the Isle of Dogs is a 5-hectare riverside park in Tower Hamlets. The 4.5km loop links the park with Island Gardens at the southern tip of the island. Millwall Park has open grassland with off-lead access. Island Gardens has formal lawns with lead requirement near the Greenwich Foot Tunnel entrance. The riverfront path between the two parks is tidal Thames promenade and dogs must be under control near the river edge. Island Gardens DLR station is 5 minutes walk.
