Trengwainton is a National Trust subtropical garden near Penzance, its 25 acres of paths winding through sheltered woodland and colourful walled gardens. Dogs on leads are very welcome on the paths, in the shop and in the café garden, though not inside the café building or bookshop, where outdoor tie-up points and water bowls are provided. Some paths have gentle slopes and steps, so it suits confident walkers.
