About this walk
Thames Chase is a community forest planted since the 1990s in the urban fringe of east London and Essex. The Broadfields Circular is a 5.6km loop through woodland, crossing the open meadows of Broadfields and passing through orchard areas planted with traditional Essex apple and pear varieties. Dogs are welcome off lead throughout. The Forest Centre has a dog-friendly cafe.
