About this walk

A former gunpowder works turned country park on Bysing Wood Road, with four colour-coded waymarked woodland trails winding through historic industrial ruins. Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout, per on-site signage, and waste bins are provided along the routes. Paths have no stiles, and there is a small café kiosk and free car park by the visitor centre, open weekends and holidays in season.
