About this walk
The largest park in Trafford, a 54-acre Victorian-era park with formal gardens, a lake, athletics stadium and a small Pets Corner. Dogs are excluded from the Pets Corner animal enclosure and should be kept under close control near the children's play area and sports pitches. Flat, well-surfaced paths make it an easy walk, and it is currently undergoing a multi-million-pound Heritage Fund restoration.
