About this walk

Bury's largest Local Nature Reserve, a mix of mature woodland, grassland, streams and lodges in the Irwell Valley, with a mountain bike trail and marked woodland walks. Not to be confused with the Philips Park in East Manchester, this Prestwich site is part of the wider Prestwich Forest Park green corridor. No formal dog-exclusion zones were found; treat wildlife areas around the lodges with care.
